The Design and construction of 6-storey residential building consisting of one parking and five residential levels including 8 units in a site containing the connection of two fields and it is located in a crowded area of Shiraz with residential-commercial function in May 2011,with a limited budget.
Function:
Private housing for several families including:
• qapartment units with 2 bedrooms: 110 m2
• apartmet units with 2 bedrooms : 140 m2
• apartmet units with 3 bedrooms : 200 m2
Basement: parking, stores, utility parts and stairs
Ground floor: entrance lobby, conference hall, accessible places and a residential unit.
Levels: each level has 2 residential units and accessible places.
Roof: green area, public roofed sitting area ,public space under the roof, the lift
Site area: 480 m2 including 60 percent: occupancy levels and 40 percent: open space
Area: 1800 m2 including: parking, store, entrance, circulation, accessible place and residential area
Design and construction period of time: from May 2011 to May 2013

Mechanical: Cooling system: water cooler and Split, heating System: Package, radiator

Project ideas and concepts: Developing the basic concept of designing a building needs architectural and functional ideas.
In this project these ideas are:
placing the connecting elements, stairs in the middle of the apartment units which will divide the apartment into two parts and in conclusion it provides enough light.

• use organic & usefull material like concerete , wood, metal & clod in order to Stability, Durability and recycling .
