Saye Residential Complex

Sayeh Residential Complex initially, comprises 11 blocks and 35 units. When the project concedes to the atelier 6 blocks had already been in operation and the remaining 5 had been stopped at the frame stage. Hence, the atelier supposed to redesign them with economic consideration. The operation from the outset encounter the challenges of meeting the expectation of the project and its future residents in addition to the pathology of previous blocks with the restrictions of the existing concrete frame structure.
In regards to these issues, we achieved enhancing the efficiency of the space and regularizing it by hiring semi-enclosed balcony which also addressed the needs and culture of users alongside with climate issues. Eventually, using bricks as an economic, durable and flexible material has helped us a great deal to attain our goals
