In 2018, two adjacent units on the plastering stage were given to Aknoon group for integrating and redesigning the interior space in order to built an Aesthetic clinic.
Areas of involvement in design and construction: Integration of the two adjacent unit and interior designing
Function and characteristic:
The aesthetic clinic includes surgical ward with hair transplantation room (5 beds), outpatient surgery room (2 beds) and the waiting hall.
The interior architecture followed by functional specification is based on two main parts: Surgical wards and reception.
1. Surgical wards: hair transplantation room, scrub room, CSR room, sampling room, staff cloakroom, patient cloakroom, staff restroom
The surgical ward should meet the health and functional regulation and requirements including the following:
Motion hierarchy
Micro spaces function and activity
Applying washable and antibacterial materials
Avoiding to create any inessential surface or material
2. Reception section, which includes: examination room, consulting room, reception and waiting hall
From the outset was clear that the Rooyan's clinic waiting hall alongside with architectural functionality should be an appealing space as well. Certainly not with coloration and adornment but elegance and simplicity.
Hence all the disturbance of the ceiling and walls along with pipes, ductus and facility components were located without any aesthetic interference and just by considering functional aspects. Afterward, the shell covers them all.
