- considering the ease and the speed of the executive system
More design approaches and benefits of the project:
The initial idea of forming brother's house was formed by facing two different profits: extensive demands of the clients and restrictions in the area of the site .On the one hand the needs and expectations are beyond the capacity of the area and on the other hand it is even incompatible with the rules. ( About 600 m2 to 250 m2 permission ) .
Suggested solutions:
Due to the position and the slope of the site, some of the functions and spaces are placed into the earth and the remaining spaces are raised on the first floor.
Ceilings in the building at the same time provide the levels of terraces, canopy and also the form of green roofs and support the ecological needs.
By placing the masses into the earth they are prevented from showing off and visual obstruction and to represent the dignity of the building, some parts are located on ground level.
Columns and stairs at ground level provide functional needs and also as one of the most important architectural icons, try to reduce the simple nature of the building as their personal space.
Using stone to illustrate the heavy nature at the bottom of the building and metal sheets to show the light nature on top of the building.
We do not claim that we have solved all the problems; we just have tried to find creative answers to the problems.
